People usually don’t buy CD’s or go to shows unless they’ve heard the music first. Therefore indy musicians are rejoicing that mp3.com is back. This community of musicians, lovers of indy music (of all stripes) and other music junkies will take some time to build back up again into a music library actually worth listening to, and things are not always as free as the used to be… but all in all this site has great potential. One of the most interesting new features on mp3.com is MUSICVINE which the describe as a new way to explore and find music by seeing the web of relationships between artists across the musical spectrum.
