Is Hypebot Ripping Off Hip Hop Bloggers?
I think Hypebot, a seemingly excellent blog that I follow daily and that was included in CNet’s Top 100 Blogs, has ripped off either I or Hashim Warren. Let me break it down and, please, check it out and tell
In fairness to all concerned, I may well have found the original link you are referring to at ProHipHop.com; and if so I should have given credit.
I had heard about the original “job posting” from a friend a few days ago and went looking for any related info. ProHipHop is one of the sources I check almost daily when looking for story ideas and news. I gather info from dozens of sources online and off and then do my own writing and commentary (unless otherwise noted).
I do firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due – even if just for a link – to bloggers and all writers; and promise to be more careful in the future.
