> Nickelback becomes the latest band to finalize a 360 deal with Live Nation. (Variety)

> Indie label Illegal Art goes pay-what-you-want on the new Girl Talk album and says the rest of the acts on their roster are doing the same. (LA Times) Considering that the tracks contain dozens of unlicensed samples, the label may have had few other retail options, but its still a  bold move worth watching.
