Ticket Insurance: NFL Has It. Why Not Concerts?

Concert_ticket Secondary ticketing company viagogo.com has launched an options market for NFL playoff tickets. Why not extend the concept in some form to concert tickets?

With Victory Pass, you pay for an insurance policy that guarantees you a Super Bowl ticket at cost, should your team make it that far. Pass prices vary by team starting from $19 for the Falcons to $541 for the Patriots and fluctuates as the season progresses. You can trade or sell your Pass to other members during the season.

Would fans pay $300 right now for the guaranteed right (guaranteed, not implied per fan club membership) to buy a pair of prime tickets at face value for Led Zeppelin in 2009?
