That is actually a great idea. Think about this for the web developers... you learn how to work this for an artist, charge them a monthly fee to keep it going, and artist charge a monthly fan fee where they promise to update their site all the time. Or have the site free and get paid off of adsense. For the fans, this would be great to learn more about your favorite artists, and be closer to them.
