Executive Shifts @ Atlantic, Universal, RCA

  • Universal
    Larry Kenswil     has left his position at EVP Business Strategy at Universal Music Group and head of its eLabs unit after almost 25 years at the label group. He joins the law firm of Leob & Leob.  Kenswil was one of the last of the old guard still at UMG and sources hint that his hefty paycheck stood out in an industry struggling to find profitability.
  • Atlantic
    Julie Greenwald     has been promoted to Chairman and COO of The Atlantic Records Group. She has served as President since 2004.
  • RCA
    Scott Seviour     has been named SVP, Artist Development,
    RCA Music Group    .
    Seviour previously held the title of SVP, Marketing, RCA Music Group.
    With this promotion, Seviour adds artist development to his marketing
    portfolio.
