A new BMI study of its 375,000 members projects that ringback tones
will surpass $235 million in the U.S.in 2009 up 15% from 2008 and 68%
from 2007. BMI estimates that more than 10 million U.S. subscribers are
signed up for ringback services, a penetration rate of approximately
