Unlimited Download Zookz Goes Down

Zookz We first wrote about Antigua based Zookz on July 10th, and the unlimited download site is already offline. A message on their front page reads: "The ZookZ website is temporarily not operating due to circumstances beyond our control and we are sorry you can't
get the music and movies you love at this time."

For just $9.95 a month users were to get unlimited music or movie downloads or they could pay $17.95 per month for both.  Could it be legal?  The site claimed to be covered by a 2005 WTO Trade agreement between the US and Antigua, but apparently that was not protection enough.
