Startup Robo.to enables users to add quick 4 second videos to their social networking. Microvideos can be uploaded from a mobile phone camera or webcam and spread on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and elsewhere with a few lines of text.
12 Seconds also offers a microvideo service, but Robo.to can also serves as a hub for information about an individual or artist on the web. Justin Timberlake and other artists have begun using Robo.to to share quick video updates and behind the scenes glimpses to their fans as in this 4 second video.
