Video: Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber Managers Talk Tech

As the managers of Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber respectively, Troy Carter and Scooter Braun, have both use social media and modern music marketing to elevate their artists to the top of the charts. Gaga has 4.3 million Twitter followers and Bieber has 2.8 million. On YouTube, Lady Gaga’s top three videos recently surpassed one billion views, and Beiber has logged 380 million views on his VEVO channel. 

At TechCrunch's Disrupt conference the two managers talked about their strategies and how now that their clients are major influencers, they want to use that fame to create  partnerships with the next generation of music tech startups.
