Instant Jam: A Console-Quality, Online Guitar Game

Instant Jam is a console-quality, online guitar game that is free to play, and embeddable anywhere on the web.

The game allows users to upload and play songs from their own music libraries. At the moment, Instant Jam is only available in a Facebook beta program and will be open to the public in the following weeks. The title, according to the release, will have high-quality 3D graphics and all the features you'd expect from a social game.

Louis Castle, CEO of InstantAction, the company behind the game, wanted to make a guitar game that could be updated continuously and one that that wasn’t limited to the handful of pre-set songs that were chosen. He hopes to achieve that feat with this untethered, online addition to the music-rhythm game genre.
