I just watched this a day or two ago, but yes very good. If you like this talk, or even if you don't, read REWORK by Fried and DHH. It's a must.

Sounds like it boils down to having more faith in your employees. Which to me, if you thought enough to hire them, you should trust that they'll complete the tasks they were hired to complete.
