The 100 Most Read Music Industry Stories In 2010

image from www.100xr.com (UPDATED) How did I arrive at this list? Simple. I went into Google Analytics and charted our Top Content from Jan 1, 2010 – Dec 15, 2010. These are listed according to pageviews. Also, I did notice that a few of these posts aren't from 2010. Other than that, the list is pretty self-explanatory. Note that the #1 story on the blog is of a Ke$ha and Katy Perry mash-up. It had +10,000 pageviews.

Oh, don't worry. We'll keep this in mind for the coming year. Hypebot readers say they want news and analysis, but secretly, you all wanted to listen to a Ke$ha and Katy Perry mash-up. P.S. That picture is no accident. As a reader, you're dead to me. No more thoughtful commentary for you. We're a mash-up blog now.

  1. “The 100 Most Read Music Industry Stories In 2010”? Or is this actually “The 100 Most Read Hypebot Stories In 2010”? Hypebot’s headlines are often misleading but this one seems down right arrogant, no?

  2. Good old Mulve, you should find out what’s the haps with those guys now, and see what they are working on. Wonder if Eric still has the police up his ass.
