Saturday I had the pleasure of hosting a MidemNet panel with OK Go's Damian Kulash and Imogen Heap. Both artists have developed impressive careers in large part because of new media and social networking and without most traditional support from radio and main stream media.  Most striking was how these two view these new digital avenues as extensions of their creative process rather than as a means to broadcast to their fans.
