Warner Music Reportedly Close To Deal

image from www.google.com After rdeciding Tuesday to sell the company only as a whole unit, the board of directors of Warner Music Group were close to a deal Thursday for "around $3 billion" accord to the Wall Street Journal. Bidders for the entire company included LA billionaire Ron Burkle's Yucaipa Cos., Access Industries, the holding company of industrialist Len Blavatnik and private-equity firm Platinum. WMG stock fell 1.84% to $7.84 during Thusday's tarding session.
