U.S. Smartphone Sales Rise, Android Loses Edge
Smartphones continue to grow in popularity in the U.S. according to Nielsen. 38% now own smartphones. 55% of those who purchased a new handset in the past quarter bought one instead of a feature phone, up from 34% just a year ago. Android continues to lead with 38% with Apple's iPhone has shown the most growth. The charts:
Smartphone is a good phone to carry. I usually don’t like phones which are too big in size. I like something that I can easily hold and put in my pocket.
