  1. this is exactly the kind of contract that every music lawyer in north america fought against for decades. unless you’re pretty certain that you’ll be the next madonna a 360 deal is a bad idea.

  2. Two words for you: Michael Cohl. He made all those deals (except for Robbie /Wiliams) and was fired right after from Live Nation. @michaelgalbe
