Nominations Now Open For DMW Music Industry Leadership Awards

This upcoming February, Digital Media Wire will combine their Digital Music Forum East and West conferences into one event in New York City, simply named DMW Music. The event is set to bring together influential music and digital media leaders to socialize, share ideas, do deals and learn about new technologies and services. DMW Music is also hosting their Industry Leadership Awards to honor music tech startups and trendsetters who’ve made a significant impact in 2012.

The event’s first round of speakers has executives from companies including Google, YouTube, Warner Music Group, Sirius XM, Clear Channel, Pandora, Island Def Jam, Roc Nation, Cantora Labs, McGhee Entertainment, Guy Oseary, Manatt, TAG Strategic, Fame House, Humble Riot, Lippman Entertainment, Indmusic, Red Light Management, Universal Music Group, BET and many more.

The Industry Leadership Awards take place on February 20^th to honor innovation, entrepreneurship and technological development in digital music in three categories:

   3. MOST INNOVATIVE USE OF MUSIC IN A DIGITAL CAMPAIGN

The 2013 awards are open to any individual, company, business, innovation or project that has launched, been redeveloped or shown substantial measurable progress during the awards period, which runs from January 1, 2012 until January 1, 2013.
