Sounds like a comprehensive promotional effort! Kudos.

Awesome article! Just a few tips on extras that Aury could use next time she sets up an event through Brown Paper Tickets:

**If you are signing up for PayPal credit card reader anyway, to accept charges at the venue.. why not hook up that same account to your Brown Paper Tickets online ticket sales, and you will never have to wait for a check after the show -- get paid immediately and also get 2.5% of the .99 plus 3.5% ticket fee (which includes all credit card fees, unlike other services) put into your account directly, because BPT as a business does not keep money for services that it does not perform, and when you use your own credit card processor, the company does not have to pay that money to its bank processing company and chooses to give that to you to offset the costs of running your own event.

**fee free donation tool to accept donations at no fee to BPT when collecting for a charitable cause at the show.

**VIP badges -- BPT has the ability to help you with this.

**Promotion of your show -- BPT regularly helps artists with promotion of their shows, free. Just write promo@brownpapertickets.com.
