Or... ignore those 36 questions and ask yourself, "Do you have music that you want to share with the world?". If so, DO IT!!!

There is quite a difference between sharing your music with the world and creating a music label, which is what this article speaks about. You can't just sell ignore tax laws or any of that which is truly important. If you really are trying to make it a business each question is very valuable.

We live in the year 2013 (21st century). Recorded music is 100% free.

It doesn't make any sense to start a record label. Record labels are irrelevant; a thing of the past (20th century).
