Top 20 Worldwide Tours Of 2013 Took In $470.7 Million More Than Last Year

Pollstar-logoThis week Pollstar released its Year End Top 20 Worldwide Tours chart led by Bon Jovi, Beyoncé, Pink, Justin Bieber and Bruce Springsteen. No huge surprises, though Cirque du Soleil did have two shows in the top 20. The biggest news was that the top 20 concerts took in $2.43 billion in primary ticket sales bringing in $470.6 million more than 2012's $1.96 billion.

Pollstar announced 2013's concert take with a list of the top 20 worldwide tours.

Additional details of note:

Bon Jovi had the highest total gross of their career at $259.5 million.

The Rolling Stones had the highest average ticket price at $287.89 with an average gross of $9,194,722 million per show.
