SFX continued the expansion of its 360 electronic music and culture empire with the acquisition today of artist representatives TMWRK Management; The Meta Agency, who represents visual artists and designers; and digital branding and marketing shop Learned Evolution.
These acquisitions join SFX-owned FameHouse, a digital marketing agency specializing in music; Arc90, a product design and development agency; and two ticketing companies, PayLogic and Flavorus as part of the company's FX-1 EDM marketing, branding and sales platform.
