Kutiman Returns With New Remix/Mashup Video To Promote Upcoming Album “Thru You Too”

KutimanKutiman is a musician and videomaker who achieved quite a bit of fame and notoriety for a series of music videos created from the home shot videos of other musicians. His ability to create whole songs in this manner impressed a lot of people but he's been relatively quiet since releasing his video album in 2009. Now Kutiman's back, still strongly in his own lane, with a new video to promote a new album.

Kutiman began releasing music commercially in 2006. His self-titled album from 2007 evoked descriptions which sound almost like a prelude to Kutiman, the YouTube orchestrator.

In 2009 he released "Thru You," a collection of YouTube music videos composed of clips from other musicians' videos. Kutiman became a hit off instant classics like:

Kutiman-Thru-you – 01 – Mother of All Funk Chords

"Thru You" brought Kutiman a lot of attention. Since then he's done the occasional remx/mashup/recreation and some related projects but he's been a bit quieter until now:

Kutiman – Thru You Too – GIVE IT UP

Released to promote his upcoming album, "Thru You Too," a "music album composed of unrelated YouTube videos," "GIVE IT UP" is already past 1.1 million views in just 5 days.
