SFX Entertainment is openly seeking a buyer for Fame House. Bankruptcy court filings reveal that SFX creditors do not view the digital music marketer as a core asset, which presumably they see as centered around the company's portfolio of major EDM festivals.

Fame House, founded in 2011 by now CEO Michael Fiebach, handles digital marketing for Beatport, Disco Donnie and several other SFX properties, alongside with a cadre of top EDM and rock artists including Pearl Jam, Pretty Lights, Eminem and Tiësto.

2015 Was Fame House's "Best Year Ever"

Moelis & Company have been retained by SFX and the court to find a suitable buyer. But in the meantime, Fiebech and his team remain upbeat. "Fame House had the best year we have ever had in 2015, and we plan to continue to grow our business in 2016 and beyond. We are excited for the future," he wrote Hypebot on Tuesday.
