"We’re not going anywhere!," the Songkick concert listing team wrote yesterday in response to concerns over an announcement that its sister ticketing site had joined the startup deadpool.

Songkick claims a direct reach of 15 million concert fans globally; and delivers tour dates to Spotify, Pandora, Shazam, Soundcloud, Deezer, BBC, Bandcamp and other major music sites.

In July, the Songkick Discovery app and team became part of  Warner Music Group. "Together we’ll be doubling down on our mission to improve the live experience, bring fans and artists closer together and, of course, make sure you never ever miss your favorite artists live.," the team wrote in a blog post yesterday.

"In short, Songkick and Tourbox are still here for you for all of your concert needs," the post continued. "We’re excited to keep moving fast, doing cool shit, and putting fans first. So stay tuned for exciting news coming soon."
