Conviction Of SXSW Fatal Car Crashes Upheld, Offense Upgraded

SXSWA Texas appeals court last Wednesday upheld the murder conviction of Rashad Owens for killing four people when he drove his car into a crowd at the 2014 South by Southwest music festival, and upgraded the offense from first-degree felony to capital felony, according to Courthouse News.
