While Warner Music CEO Edgar Bronfman has [changed](https://www.hypebot.com/wmg-changing-its-tune-about-spotify-deal/) his tune about Spotify, it doesn't mean they'll sign on. So too, Spotify still needs approval from the largest the label, Universal, before a launch can be certain. The company will also have to navigate the [Apple Tax](https://www.hypebot.com/apple-killing-a-subscription-music-service-near-you/) and an increasing competitive market. Sony [launched](https://www.hypebot.com/sony-music-unlimited-goes-live-in-us-australia-nz-today-with-free-30-day-trial/) their service in the U.S. today. Slacker will [roll](https://www.hypebot.com/the-official-music-industry-launch-calendar-or-6-reasons-why-2011-will-be-big/) theirs out in March.As each day passes, shifts in the landscape grow more prevalent.
