My Predictions For 2009 Postponed…

I have usually shared my predictions for the new year by now, but this year I've been holding back.

Partially, I've been hesitating because I feel that this may be a pivotal year for the music industry – one where some of the changes we've been in the midst of will start to take hold.  I've also decided to wait until after MidemNet and Midem which begins next weekend in Cannes, France. I have more than two dozen meetings scheduled plus a number of presentations and panels by some of the industries best minds.

So I'll share my predictions in about two weeks; and hopefull,  they'll be more interesting and accurate because I waited.
