According to the Hollywood Reporter, "Phil Quartararo, executive vp EMI Music North America and president of EMI Music Marketing, is taking on additional duties by joining the office of the chairman. In a related promotion, EMM senior vp sales and catalog marketing Ronn Werre has been promoted to president of EMM Sales and Distribution…Quartararo will report to EMI Music North America chairman/CEO David Munns and will help lead EMI’s strategic initiatives throughout the company’s North American organization.

…After all, it not really there fault that sales are down.  It’s those damn illegal downloaders!
