The concept is as incongruous as it is brilliant. Japanese metal band Babymetal is offering its fans a “silent mosh pit”. Safe might be a more fitting title than silent. But either way, it’s a smart example of an artist making simple choices that serve their fans.

Babymetal’s “silent mosh’sh pit… is a designated area for those who have small children \[or\] who are not confident in their physical strength.” In other words, they’ve created a dedicated area where fans can rock out safely,

There’s also be mandatory face mask rule with fans given a Babymetal branded mask on entry. This is “the official dress code for the show and you will be required to wear it on top of your own mask upon entering the venue and throughout the entire show.”
