Billie Eilish’s success came quickly, young, and well… HUGE. But somehow, she’s managed to stay grounded.

In this conversation between Eilish and fellow pop star Stormzy, the pair share stories of failure, rejecting the role model label and much more.

The full interview video below is very much worth watching, but here is the gem that Eilish shared that is the best advice that any creative is likely to ever get.

#### *“I’ve learned recently that if you do these things because they’re a cool idea, they pay a lot of money, or they’re gonna get you this big campaign, but they make you miserable?*

#### *That’s not success…*

#### *Success is internal. It has nothing to do with anyone but yourself. Joy and love for yourself.”*
