Run The Jewels recent pre-sale topped $1 million in it’s first 48 hours. The group’s new BMG album comes out June 5th.

Run The Jewels’ El-P tells [Billboard](https://www.billboard.com/articles/business/9389196/run-the-jewels-bmg-record-deal-interview?ref=hypebot.com): “More than anything, we’re excited to get the chance to take some of the shackles off the bureaucracy of what we’ve been doing and do what we do best, which is make art and serve this community of people that love what we do.”

“To me, this is just the beginning of the race,” adds RTJ’s Killer Mike. “It’s not a payoff of all the work we’ve done. It’s the start of all the work we’re about to do.”

In its first four days, the music video for single “Ooh La La” passed a million views.
