Prior to joining Downtown, Taeko was an A&R executive at SONGS Music Publishing. **ReverbNation** has announced the promotion of **Simon Perry**, previously SVP Creative, to the job of Chief Creative Officer. Perry will continue to lead on artist curation and development initiatives and the soon to launch artist incubator ReverbNation Connect.**The Madison Square Garden Company** has named veteran marketing exec **Sharon Otterman** as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. **Pandora** has hired **Elizabeth Moody** as VP of global content licensing. She most recently worked as Head of Music Partnerships at YouTube.**INgrooves** Music Group has promoted **Amy Dietz** to Executive Vice President, General Manager. \]At **LyricFind**, **Will Mills** has joined as Chief Revenue Officer.
