Believe Digital has partnered with digital & physical distributor Prime Direct Distribution, in a partnership which sees the company strategically strengthen their position in the digital space by utilizing Believe’s expertise and technology.

**Indiegogo**, the online funding platform, announces the promotion of David Mandelbrot to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing several key departments including Product, Business Development, Design, Digital Marketing and Customer Happiness. Mandelbrot joined Indiegogo in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Operations.

**[Primary Wave](http://www.primarywave.com/?ref=hypebot.com) Entertainment** brings in music manager **Toya Hankins** as a new management partner with a focus on continuing the growth of their Urban Talent Management division. The multi-faceted music manager is the founder of Project Producers, LLC and has had over 20 years of success managing the career of platinum-selling recording artist and songwriter, **[KEM](http://www.musicbykem.com/?ref=hypebot.com)**, whose current album, “Promise To Love,” was recently nominated for a 2015 **Grammy Award** and two **NAACP Awards**.

**Knitting Factory Entertainment** has promoted Mark Dinerstein to President of Knitting Factory Presents, where he will run all of the company’s live music venues, concerts and events on a national level.

**BMI** announced that Ann Sweeney has been named Senior Vice President of Global Policy, effective immediately. Sweeney joins BMI from Warner Chappell Music, where she was most recently Executive Vice President, Digital Strategy and Policy.

**ASCAP** announced the promotion of Lynne Lummel to Executive Vice President of its newly created Transformation Management Office (TMO). In her new role, Lummel, formerly Senior Vice President of Distribution and Repertory, will work closely with ASCAP’s senior leadership team on a variety of transformation initiatives.
