Warner Music Group announced the promotion of **Lucy Otterwell** to SVP Digital Strategy & Business Development, Europe, Middle East & Africa

**Warner/Chappell Music,** the music publishing arm of Warner Music Group, announced that it has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Megadeth singer, songwriter, and guitarist **Dave Mustaine**.

**The Recording Industry Association of America** has has tapped **George Borkowski** as its new senior vice president of litigation and legal affairs.

**Naoshi Fujikura** has been promoted to president and CEO of **Universal Music Japan**. The move is effective from Jan. 1, 2014\. He was previously president of domestic labels at the company.
