**Warner Music Group** has promoted **Kris Ahrend** to the position of Senior Vice President, Recorded Music Rights Administration.

**Sarah McGrady** has joined **Big Machine Label Group** as Sr. Manager, Partnership Marketing.

London-based entertainment retailer **Tunetribe** has apointed **Marcel Swagers** to the newly created position of Business Development Manager.

**Warner Bros. Records** adds two new members to its Brand Partnerships & Commercial Licensing team. **Ryan Barkan** is appointed VP of Creative Synch Licensing and **Lila Gerson** is appointed Senior Director of Brand Partnerships. Barkan joins Warner Bros. Records from Primary Wave Music. Gerson joins from Billboard Magazine where she was the Exec Director of Business Development.
