A new report paints an optimistic view of the future of broadcast radio with online playing a large role in its rebirth. The radio industry will begin to see slight ad revenue increases in 2010 after several years of negative revenue, according to [BIA/Kelsey](http://www.bia.com/pr100324-IIRadio1.asp?ref=hypebot.com). They predict that revenues will hit $13.9 billion this year, an increase of 1.5% plus 2-4% annual growth over the next few years including 16.5% compounded growth from web and other online revenues.
