Artificial intelligence has become the music industry’s ultimate lightning rod. Some embrace it as a revolutionary tool that democratizes creativity; others reject it entirely on principle.

In the latest episode of [**The Music Biz Weekly Podcast**](https://www.hypebot.com/tag/music-biz-weekly/), co-hosts **Michael Brandvold** and **Blasko** dive into the nuances of the AI debate, asking a fundamental question:

### Fear of the New vs. Fear of Change

Brandvold and Blasko argue that AI is simply the latest evolution in this cycle. While critics worry that machine-assisted creation compromises artistic integrity, the reality is that technology has always shifted the boundaries of how music is made.
