According to the Los Angeles Times, the food at Eminem's pasta stand at Coachella was locally sourced from a commissary kitchen and sold for $9 dollars for the basic meal, or $12 dollars with meatballs. He also sold a spaghetti sandwich for $11 dollars.While spaghetti might seem like an unusual choice for a pop-up restaurant, the dish was a callout to a lyric in Em’s signature 2002 hit “Lose Yourself:”“*His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy/there’s vomit on his sweater already—Mom’s spaghetti.*”Eminem hyped the pop-up restaurant with a post on his social media, and fans were greeted with a billboard apprising them of the culinary option on the highway to Indio. Last year, he launched a popup with the same name in his hometown of Detroit ahead of the launch of his latest album “Revival.”
