C3 Presents (Lollapalooza, ACL) co-founder Charlie Walker and Chris Shonk of ATX will join the board.[Everfest](https://www.everfest.com/?ref=hypebot.com) lists 16,000 vetted festivals in 97 countries that range from music to food to arts and crafts. Users can subscribe to a paid Premium service to unlock exclusive offers and VIP experiences. In 2016, Fast Company named Everfest one of the year's most innovative companies:"With a multitude of options for revenue–like helping connect brands with festivals to market their products at, selling user data to travel companies, and targeted advertising–the company has set itself an ambitious roadmap and hopes to eventually become both an international calendar and a social media hub for festival-lovers."
