Indie label and artist investment firmExceleration Music has announced several key hires including Darin Soler as Head of Global Marketing & Commercial Partnerships

**Darin Soler** joins after senior roles at YouTube (most recently as Head of Catalog), Sony Music and Apple.

Exceleration Music is the global venture founded by indie execs G**len Barros, John Burk, Charles Caldas, Amy Dietz**, and **Dave Hansen** to invest in and nuture independent labels

Exceleration has already formed strategic relationships with Alligator Records, Candid Records, and the Ray Charles Foundation.

**Donna Feeley** has been appointed Head of Accounting and Business Administration and **Andy Kman** recently joined Exceleration as Head of Physical Operations. **Larissa Woss** joins as Digital Operations Manager.
