Startup [FanDistro](http://fandistro.com/?ref=hypebot.com) hopes to bring affiliate marketing to indie musicians with a system that encourages fans to sell their favorite band's music and divides the funds via PayPal 60% to the artist, 20% to the fan (or blogger) and 20% to the company. That would leave artist income similar to selling on iTunes, but PayPal charges could signifigantly lower net payouts.
