Former WMG executive Danielle Smith, 47, admitted to grand-larceny in a Manhattan courtroom this week, [agreeing](http://nypost.com/2016/04/14/ex-warner-music-exec-pleads-guilty-to-embezzlement/?ref=hypebot.com) to pay $500,000 in restitution. Smith had been an exec in the urban music department of Atlantic Records in Los Angeles.

She allegedly booked non-business related trips and "luxury goods" on her company credit card totaling $1.3 million between 2007 and 2011\. In 2014, she turned herself in at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and was arraigned on charges of first-degree grand larceny and pleaded not guilty.

During the 2012 election, Smith was a top Obama fundraising bundler attracting between $200,000 and $500,000 to the campaign. She is back in New York court on Wednesday morning.
