The recent rise, fall and rise again of Sellaband has left many supporters of the fan funding concept a bit edgy. But that hasn't stopped veteran UK rockers Gang Of Four from turning to [Pledge Music](http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/gangoffour?ref=hypebot.com) to help fund the release of a new album.

The Gang is offering a plethora of incentives from signed albums to broken guitars and a custom mix in exchange for a fan's pledge. With choices from £8 all the way up to £1,500, the campaign feels more like a Topspin inspired pre-sale than a request for fan funding. Either way, 45 fans have signed up so far, and the band has 56 days left [to raise](http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/gangoffour?ref=hypebot.com) the other 96% of the money they're hoping for.
