(UPDATED) **Gracenote** has merged their lyrics business into **LyricFind**, according to an announcement on the company's web site. The deal includes a partnership whereby Gracenote will continue to offer a lyrics solution for its clients, now powered by LyricFind. Users include **Pandora, MetroLyrics, DirectLyrics, Radio Disney**, and **Wikia**.

Gracenote clients will be transitioning over to LyricFind, as will a number of music publishers. While neither party is disclosing the financial terms of the deal, Gracenote will not have an ownership share or any operational interest in LyricFind.

****Larry Marcus of Walden Venture Capital, a respected digital music investor, has made a small personal investment in LyricFind and will be serving as an Advisor to the company.
