Infamous hacker cooperative **Anonymous** appears to have forced Warner Music Group's Atlantic Records to set a release date for **Lupe Fiasco**'s long delayed album "Tetsuo And Youthor;" and some evidence hints at Lupe being in on the plan. Thursday, Anonymous went on Twitter and gave Atlantic an ultimatum – either give the album a release date within 24 hours watch out. Then, just before 8PM, **Atlantic tweeted this:**

On the musician's [official blog](http://www.thelupendblog.com/2014/10/atlantic-records-gives-lupe-fiascos.html?ref=hypebot.com),there was jubilation and an interesting piece of Fiasco/Atlantic history:

"The weirdest part about this whole situation is that it happened on the 4th anniversary of **[Fiasco Friday](http://www.thelupendblog.com/2010/10/march-in-progress.html?ref=hypebot.com)**, where fans marched and protested in front of Atlantic Records demanding the release of Lasers. So there you have it, 1/20/2015 !" And Anonymous issued this statement:Citizens of the World and lovers of conscious music,We are Anonymous.24 hours ago we released a short Twitter ultimatum. We called upon record label Atlantic Records, responsible for releasing conscious rap artist Lupe Fiasco's long awaited Album. We demanded a statement from the label within 24 hours to release a date or we would unleash the complete and utter fury of our collective on their company and executives. 21 hours later they released a short Tweet citing the album and it's release date.At this time it can be concluded that we have proved our point. We wish music that is educating the masses to keep being released. We will fight for that. Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Common and others are the moving force behind conscious rap. This is music we will fight for.Operation Atlantic, Operation Free Lupe; disengaged.Mission Accomplished. We are Anonymous.Never cease to expect us.This July, [Anonymous hacked](https://www.hypebot.com/hypebot/2014/07/anonymous-hacks-warner-music-intl-site-.html) and

took over the site of Warner Music Group in Argentina as part of a protest of Argentina's recent blocking of the Pirate Bay.
