– P1 SMS a new service which links radio listeners to paid downloads via cell phone SMS. (more)

Microsoft (and a week earlier Napster) for jumping into the player game.  These guys may or may not produce iPod killers, but somebody’s got to try. (more)

Misses_9MISSES –

The RIAA and major labels for trying to use the one year anniversary of the Supreme Court Grokster ruling to to declare victory even as P2P use grows and "music is free" is becoming a regular part of youth culture. (more)

House of Blues for selling out to Live Nation. Touring is all that bands have left to make money and less competition is not a good thing. (more)
