Even as World Trade Organization talks appear to have neutered controversial Russian download site allofmp3.com another similar offering Mp3Sugar.com is still in operation. 
Though pricing is similar to allofmp3.com (15 cents a track or $2.00 or less for most full album downloads) Mp3Sugar has never gained as much popularity perhaps because it requires a minimum pre-payment via credit card of $19.95 to purchase even a single track
