It’s wait patiently and hope for the best time for internet broadcasters.

Negotiations between webcasters and SoundExchange over higher royalties have been stalled.  But new
reports say they will resume between the larger webcasters and the collection agency in about two weeks. More talks for small webcasters have not yet been scheduled.

Meanwhile, The Internet Radio Equality act has gone nowhere in Congress despite some 140 co-sponsors. The bill will probably revived this Fall is negotiations are not successful, but some see mixed chances of success.
