> The RIAA "personal use" controversy took a new turn on Friday with the Electronic Frontier Foundation filing an brief in Atlantic v. Howell. The case received attention recently because of a much maligned Washington Post article. The EFF argues that the RIAA is now trying to sue people for something new: attempted copyright infringement.
